I HATE TODAY N FRI. MOOD TOTALLY SPOILT BY SOME IRRITAING IDIIOT PPL.

fri mood was spoilt by a irritating nasty woman. called our hotline n asked rubbish. asked abt policy that she dun hav, but she insist she hav that. told her in very polite manner that she dun hav the policy, instead she got other policy, but know wad, she said 'STOP CONFUSING ME'. WAD THE HELL, IM NOT CONFUSING U CAN. den she said that she went to our branches n called earlier on, but everybody told her got no record of the policy she was insisting abt. AND TAT IS TRUE CAN, WE REALLY GOT NO RECORD AT ALL. ok, tat's not all. since i cant help her, she insist wan to speak to the PEH CHEE KEONG, the person that generated a stupid letter to her, n yet put our hotline number. den i told her i cant transfer, cos i dunno who is that person, no such person in our dept. but she keep scream into the phone that she wan speak to that person. k, den i help her search directory lor. ask her spell the name for me, she spell it like the speed of train can. who the hell can heard that. so 1st time i nv catch the last few words, ask her spell again. DEN SHE SLAM THE PHONE. IDIOT IDIOT IDIOT IDIOT. IRRITATING BITCH. u think u got money to buy policy, big deal issit, do u nd to be so fierce and irritating, already so many ppl tell u that u actually dun hav the policy. the one u wan to check is actually other policy. but u dun believe, n said that ppl confused u. WAD THE HELL U ARE. k, im getting more n more annoyed now. fri the 13th, really not a good day. not onli me kena scream in the phone. jolene n vince kena sth bad too. a cust jus told jolene that, 'u waste my time'. den vince gave cust info that shldnt be release to them.

k, enough for the depressing fri.

sat morning was fine, went ate breakfast, den went 7eleven to ask abt my pay for last mth, cos i nv go sign my part time log. saw very unfamiliar faces there. no choice, still hav to ask lor. new manager, jojo was there. asked him abt the pay, den straight away say he dun hav my schedule, cos i left before he come take over that store. den i asked him how, he straight away ask me go find area manager. hey man, schedule wont run away de, is always in the store de ok. though i left before u take over, that is still consider under this mth pay. u also nd that week de schedule to submit for the full timer pay. so that schedule sure got my name there. everything u jus push me to area manager. IDIOT. things jus goes wrong everyday. i wanna go 7eleven again later on. to get my pay. $100plus lor.
